Role:

You have already gained initial experience in accounting and want to take the next step? In this position, you will take on a versatile range of tasks within finance and ensure that daily operations run reliably. It is not only about the correct processing of figures: you can also contribute to the further development of processes, help shape digital solutions, and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• You post the ongoing business transactions and ensure complete and correct recording

• You reconcile accounts, check postings, and clarify discrepancies directly with the responsible departments

• You assist in the preparation and execution of monthly and annual closing tasks

• You control and maintain the accounting data and ensure high data quality

• You prepare various evaluations and provide financial information for internal contacts

• You maintain communication with internal and external contacts and answer questions on accounting topics

Qualifications:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already gained practical experience in financial accounting

• A further education in finance and accounting is a plus but not a requirement

• You have experience in processing business transactions as well as in controls and reconciliations

• You are confident in using Excel and open to using various digital applications

• Experience with an ERP or accounting system is advantageous

• You have very good German skills; additional language skills are welcome
