Responsibilities:
Responsibility for 2nd-level support and the availability of the Microsoft messaging environment
Administration and further development of Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365
Support of Entra ID, Active Directory, Teams, and SharePoint Online
Analysis and optimisation of mail flow, SMTP relays, and security issues
Development of PowerShell automations as well as participation in IT projects and solution designs
Qualifications:
Completed EFZ IT training with HF/FH or equivalent further education
Several years of professional experience in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Very good knowledge of Exchange, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Experience with technical consulting, solution design, and architectural topics
Analytical, independent, and customer-oriented working style as well as very good German language skills
