Service Technician Central Switzerland (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the installation and regular maintenance of highly specialised systems used in the pharmaceutical industry
- You process incoming service requests and fault reports quickly and reliably
- In complex technical matters, you support the internal service team with your expertise and assist in finding solutions
- Your places of deployment are mainly in Switzerland. Flexibility and willingness to travel within Switzerland are therefore essential to meet the diverse requirements of our customers
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a technical education that provides you with the necessary foundations to handle the demanding tasks in the maintenance and repair of technical systems
- You bring several years of professional experience in technical service, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a GMP-regulated environment (Good Manufacturing Practice) and are familiar with the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical industry regarding safety, hygiene, and quality
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required to professionally support customers and confidently understand technical documents
