Operation and further development of a globally distributed data centre infrastructure based on VMware vSphere
Design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure solutions with modern technologies
Participation in global IT infrastructure projects
Support with complex 3rd-level enquiries in the areas of virtualisation, Windows Server and backup
Qualifications:
Completed computer science degree (FH/Uni/ETH) or further training as a Systems Engineer, ideally with VMware/Microsoft certifications
Extensive experience in operating international IT infrastructures across multiple data centres and cloud environments
Good knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Pure Storage, Cohesity Backup and Microsoft Azure
Experience in complex, hybrid infrastructure environments of a manufacturing company
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
