Role:
In this role, you take on an important function in operational order processing and ensure that customer orders, deliveries and export processes are reliably coordinated.
You work closely with customers, internal departments and external logistics partners and always keep an eye on deadlines and documents.
Responsibilities:
Processing and monitoring customer orders
Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
Coordination and tracking of deliveries
Preparation of relevant export documents
Maintenance and filing of documents in the document management system
Communication with customers, freight forwarders and internal contacts
Qualifications:
Commercial training and several years of experience in order processing, export or logistics
Ideally good SAP knowledge and confident use of Excel
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Communicative and service-oriented personality
