Responsibilities:
- Design and development of innovative medical technology products considering specific requirements
- Creation of precise 3D models and technical drawings using modern CAD software
- Collaboration with a talented development team to optimise designs and develop technical solutions
- Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating your designs
- Identification and implementation of improvements in the production process
- Close cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers to realise your concepts
- Compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the development process
- Documentation and reporting on the progress of your developments
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a designer or a comparable technical education
- Proven experience in design - you know what you are doing and have successfully demonstrated it
- Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA - these tools are your daily companions
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials in mechanical engineering - you know the details and how everything fits together
- Problem-solving skills and creativity - you find new solutions and are not deterred by challenges
- Teamwork and good communication skills - you work well in a team and express yourself clearly
- Strong quality awareness and diligence in your work - you pay attention to details and deliver high quality
- Fluent German and English - you communicate fluently in both languages
