Requirements Engineer Input & Output Management (m/f/d)
Financial planning, tax policy and human resources – our Rocken partner is responsible for central cross-sectional tasks in public administration. With around 1200 employees, they ensure a sustainable state budget and a competitive tax climate. Their expertise includes budgeting, accounting, procurement, IT and strategic controlling. You analyse and model business and document processes in input/output and document management
You gather and specify functional and technical requirements and conduct workshops and interviews
You create use cases, user stories and requirements documentation and accompany the technical implementation as well as testing
You are responsible for demand, incident and change management and coordinate internal and external partners and suppliers
You optimise document processes and IT services and ensure high quality, security and knowledge transfer standards
Qualifications:
You have a university degree in business informatics or a comparable field
You bring several years of experience in requirements engineering, business engineering or a similar role
You enjoy analysing complex requirements and developing suitable solutions together with various stakeholders
Experience in test management, project management or document management is an advantage
You have very good German and good English skills
