Clerk Sales Internal Service & Export 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 845,000Responsibilities:
Maintenance and support of existing customer relationships.
Preparation of quotations and processing of incoming orders.
Coordination of international deliveries and corresponding transport registrations.
Telephone and written advice on customer enquiries.
Monitoring ongoing orders until full invoicing.
Participation in the organisation of internal events and projects.
Ensuring correct export processing in day-to-day business.
Completion of general commercial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
Professional experience in internal sales or international order processing.
Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is desirable.
Strong customer orientation and experience in consultative sales activities.
Independent working style, initiative and high reliability.
Resilience, discretion and careful working methods in complex processes.
Team-oriented personality; interest in high-quality consumer goods is an advantage.
Very good German skills as well as solid English skills; French skills are an advantage.
