About our client

For our client – a down-to-earth and traditional transport company in the Rotkreuz area – we are looking to strengthen the finance team due to a natural departure, either immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks

In this versatile junior position, you will actively support the small accounting team (2 people) in daily business:

• Mail processing: Independent handling and distribution of daily incoming mail.

• Accounts payable: Checking, recording and timely payment of supplier invoices.

• Support in accounting: Active assistance in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Cash management: Proper handling and management of the cash register.

• Filing & archiving: Careful document filing and archiving.

• General administration: Taking on general organisational and administrative office tasks.

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification.

• Residence: You are regionally rooted and live in the immediate vicinity of Rotkreuz / Canton Zug.

• Languages: Very good German skills, both spoken and written (mandatory).

• IT skills: Good and confident PC user skills.

• Working style: Precise, reliable and correct way of working.
