Exciting tasks await:
- Participation in cantonal IT projects
- Support and management of specialised applications & IT services
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of end devices
- Identification and documentation of customer needs
- Incident and problem management in the service desk
What you bring:
- Professional experience in incident, problem, change and release management
- Very good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory; relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage
- Experience in the public sector as well as a good understanding of organisational processes and interfaces, ideally within a cantonal administration
- Enjoyment in contact with people and collaboration with internal and external customers, suppliers and other IT organisations; you communicate clearly, openly and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- An independent, committed and reliable working style as well as a high level of dedication; you take responsibility, contribute actively and are willing to develop professionally and personally and take on new areas of responsibility

Your working environment
In the Department of Construction, Transport and Environment, we actively develop the diverse living space of Aargau in the areas of spatial planning, energy, environment and mobility – today and for future generations.
In the General Secretariat , we support the head of the department as well as the divisions in the areas of personnel, finance and accounting, IT, communication and general administrative tasks.
