Responsibilities:
- Independent management of financial accounting and preparation of annual financial statements according to local accounting standards
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance, preparing financial reports and analyses
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements
- Active participation in process optimisation and implementation of control mechanisms
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on financial matters
Qualifications:
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or currently in training
- Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER)
- Confident use of common accounting and ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
