Clerk Consumer Loans

Tasks

• Review of consumer loan applications and making credit decisions
• Ensuring flawless processing of credit files
• Conducting advisory discussions with customers as well as internal support departments
• Activation of credit limits and execution of disbursements
• Telephone customer advice (D/F)
• Carrying out various quality controls

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of French (daily use spoken/written)
• Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification*
• Precise, responsible and efficient way of working
• Numerate and IT-savvy (MS Office)
• Team player with high customer orientation and good communication skills
