YOUR TASKS

• Implementation and continuous development of occupational safety and health protection,
• Occupational safety and health protection,
• Fire protection, aggression management and other safety-relevant topics
• Advising and supporting management, supervisors and employees on all safety matters
• Conducting hazard assessments, safety inspections and risk analyses according to industry solutions
• Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external inspections
• Responsibility for fire protection at all locations
• Participation in the planning and implementation of construction projects with regard to safety
• Planning and organising evacuation drills as well as participation in emergency and crisis organisation
• Cooperation with authorities, fire brigade, insurers and external specialist planners
• Planning and conducting training and awareness-raising measures in all areas of safety
• Training and awareness-raising measures
• Maintenance and further development of guidelines, concepts and safety documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical, manual or safety-related basic training
• Further training as Safety Officer SIBE, safety specialist, ASGS specialist or comparable qualification
• Further training or proven experience in VKF fire protection
• Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, fire protection or safety management
• Experience in project management and cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders
• Knowledge of legal bases EKAS, ArG, SUVA, VKF etc.
• Strong communication and training skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness and diplomatic skills
