YOUR TASKS
- Implementation and continuous development of occupational safety and health protection,
- Occupational safety and health protection,
- Fire protection, aggression management and other safety-relevant topics
- Advising and supporting management, supervisors and employees on all safety matters
- Conducting hazard assessments, safety inspections and risk analyses according to industry solutions
- Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external inspections
- Responsibility for fire protection at all locations
- Participation in the planning and implementation of construction projects with regard to safety
- Planning and organising evacuation drills as well as participation in emergency and crisis organisation
- Cooperation with authorities, fire brigade, insurers and external specialist planners
- Planning and conducting training and awareness-raising measures in all areas of safety
- Training and awareness-raising measures
- Maintenance and further development of guidelines, concepts and safety documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical, manual or safety-related basic training
- Further training as Safety Officer SIBE, safety specialist, ASGS specialist or comparable qualification
- Further training or proven experience in VKF fire protection
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, fire protection or safety management
- Experience in project management and cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Knowledge of legal bases EKAS, ArG, SUVA, VKF etc.
- Strong communication and training skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility, assertiveness and diplomatic skills
