Our client is a renowned Geneva-based engineering firm specialising in energy renovation and technical building installations. Their assignments cover a variety of projects: residential, administrative, educational, industrial, heritage buildings, as well as highly technical infrastructures (swimming pools, heat/cold production centres). Energy performance, decarbonisation, and the technical quality of installations are at the heart of their activity.
The role: As an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Project Manager, you oversee projects from A to Z. You are the primary contact for clients and partners while being the technical guarantor of your works.
Detailed missions:
Management and Autonomy:
Independent management of your assignments in direct connection with the Management.
Full responsibility for project follow-up, from preliminary design to final acceptance of the works.
Engineering and Sizing:
Technical design, sizing calculations, and thermal assessments for HVAC systems.
Definition and monitoring of BMS (Measurement, Control, Regulation) concepts to optimise installation performance.
Site Management and Coordination:
Representation of the firm to clients, partners, and architects.
Technical coordination of various stakeholders and management of on-site interfaces.
Supervision of internal resources mobilised on your projects.
Performance and Optimisation:
Analysis of energy efficiency and concrete proposals for decarbonisation.
Depending on your profile, possible involvement in operational follow-up and optimisation of technical systems.
Profile sought:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the HVAC field, including significant experience in a similar position in French-speaking Switzerland.
Technical skills: Excellent mastery of HVAC sizing; knowledge of BMS is required (an advanced level is a real asset). Skills in sanitary systems are a plus.
Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit appreciated.
Soft skills: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
