Are you passionate about HVAC projects and enjoy managing technical work? Join a dynamic team of 8 people within a CGC Energie SA sector dedicated to HVAC work and take charge of construction projects for buildings and industries.

Location: Thônex, 1226 (5 min TPG, 10 min Leman Express)

Contract: Permanent 100% or part-time

Start: immediate or to be agreed

Your Mission

As an HVAC Project Manager, you take full responsibility for your projects, from study to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines.

- Manage HVAC projects: from needs analysis to commissioning, coordinating all stakeholders.

- Design and size installations: precise technical studies to guarantee system performance.

- Prepare commercial offers: cost estimation, drafting bids, and attractive proposals for clients.

- Coordinate teams and subcontractors: planning, supervision, and control of work execution.

- Monitor budgets and profitability: regular reporting, financial tracking, and cost optimisation.

- Ensure client satisfaction: support, technical advice, and personalised follow-up throughout the project.

- Improve installations: propose optimisation and innovation solutions for existing projects.

Your Profile

- Training in Thermal Engineering HVAC or equivalent,

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing HVAC projects in Switzerland, mandatory,

- Experience in the Geneva region is an advantage,

- Proficient with IT tools and AutoCAD,

- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong customer service mindset.
