Clerk Internal Sales and Export with Technical Affinity 60-80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on innovative manufacturing and joining technologies. With high engineering competence, state-of-the-art production processes and many years of experience, the company develops and produces high-quality machines and system solutions for demanding industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Record, check and accompany orders until delivery
Create production documents for machines and components in the system
Coordinate between sales, production, purchasing and logistics
Prepare quotations for defined standard machines and products
Create customs and export documents based on the respective delivery
Process preference certificates and origin calculations for export shipments
Support customer service with spare parts and planned service activities
Maintain customer contacts and communication with international representatives
Qualifications:
Commercial background with experience in international order processing
Technical affinity and understanding of machines or industrial products
Experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in mechanical engineering
Practical knowledge of export regulations, customs tariff classification and goods origin
Knowledge of free trade agreements and export controls
Good user skills in ERP systems and MS Office
Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
