Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
You independently record and check orders until completion.
For delivery enquiries, you inform customers about the current order status and confirmed dates.
You are responsible for coordinating sales planning, stock quantities, and customer demand.
You organise shipping for international consignments including export formalities.
You take into account customs tariff regulations, VAT provisions, and certificates of origin during order processing.
You manage contract conditions and customer-specific pricing information in the relevant systems.
You clarify deviations in delivery capability or scheduling with the responsible internal departments.
You update customer master data and portal information and check their accuracy.
Qualifications:
Commercial or logistics basic training with a Federal VET Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification.
Professional additional qualification in international trade, preferably as a foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
Several years of professional experience in export administration or international order processing.
Knowledge of working with industrial and manufacturing companies.
Practical knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and preferential origin of goods.
User knowledge of an ERP system; SAP is an advantage.
Independent, precise working style and confident handling of several parallel orders.
Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
