Technical Clerk HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- Creation of technical drawings and plans for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems (HVAC) in buildings
- Support in the design and planning of HVAC systems considering building standards and regulations
- Adjustment of CAD drawings to current project requirements
- Close collaboration with engineers and other specialists in building technology
- Documentation of technical drawings and technical documents
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project guidelines
- Support in material procurement and cost calculation
Qualifications:
- Completed training in building technology, ideally as a building technology planner or technical draughtsperson
- Several years of professional experience in CAD design in the HVAC field
- Solid knowledge in the application of BIM technologies
- Knowledge of Plancal is a great advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
