Clerk Production Planning / Purchasing 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You record and schedule production orders in the ERP system.
You monitor delivery dates and coordinate deviations with the responsible departments.
You procure raw materials and required purchasing parts according to demand.
You also coordinate external processing and finishing orders.
You provide customers with information about orders and delivery dates.
You prepare the necessary transports for national and international shipments.
You keep ERP master data up to date and assist with its control.
You create analyses and evaluations using MS Office and support daily business.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education forms the foundation for this role.
Professional experience in production planning, purchasing, or order control is an advantage.
You have good user knowledge of an ERP system.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working with various internal departments.
You are characterised by personal responsibility and a structured way of working.
You remain resilient and organised under deadline and time pressure.
Entrepreneurial thinking and confident use of MS Office are required.
Very good German and solid English skills are part of your language profile.
