The Profile We Dream Of
- Federal VET Diploma in Commerce or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience
- Good command of the two official languages of the City of Biel (French and German)
- Excellent mastery of French spelling
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, efficiently and rigorously
About Us
The Residents Control Service is a central actor in the Municipal Administration and serves as a key point of contact for the population. Our activities include managing population movements, maintaining official registers, services related to elections and referendums, as well as processing ordinary naturalisation applications. Within the naturalisations domain, we support candidates throughout their journey towards acquiring Swiss nationality, while ensuring compliance with the legal framework and quality of service.Through a public service-oriented approach, we emphasise welcome, listening, rigour and closeness to residents.
