Network Technician (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Network Technician (m/f/d) responsible for operational handling of network incidents and requests as well as coordination between the helpdesk, clients, and the network team.
Your mission
- Be the operational entry point of the network team for tickets forwarded by the helpdesk.
- Analyse and handle incidents and requests across different network environments.
- Prioritise and resolve the ticket backlog based on their impact and urgency.
- Ensure the interface between the helpdesk, clients, and the network team to guarantee effective follow-up of requests.
- Document interventions carried out and enrich the knowledge base.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in network administration, operation, or support, with the ability to work independently across multiple technical environments.
- Good knowledge of Cisco technologies, EfficientIP for DNS/DHCP services, Cisco ISE, Aruba Wi-Fi, and Fortinet.
- Mastery of ITSM processes and experience with ticket management tools, ideally Jira and EasyVista.
- Ability to analyse, resolve, and prioritise incidents and requests.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to document interventions and solutions clearly and structurally.
