Property Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

You independently manage property accounting (rental properties and condominium ownership)
You handle the collection of rental payments and operating cost contributions including dunning
You pay creditors
You prepare annual heating and ancillary cost statements
You prepare VAT returns as well as annual financial statements
You prepare budgets
You prepare social security payroll for the caretaker staff
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education, preferably in the trust or real estate sector
You have deepened your accounting expertise preferably with further training, e.g. as a financial and accounting clerk or in property management
You work independently and precisely with a high quality awareness
You have a quick grasp and score with analytical thinking skills
You communicate confidently in German
