Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss company in the field of medical technology. The company develops innovative technical solutions and places great value on quality, reliability and the continuous development of its products.
Responsibilities:
You independently carry out the administrative processing of your customer orders.
You respond promptly to customer enquiries about prices and availability.
You prepare suitable customer offers for requested services.
You coordinate delivery dates with the responsible production departments.
You check the order data and ensure correct invoicing.
You prepare trade and transport documents such as certificates of origin.
For letter of credit transactions, you compile the required documents.
In addition to daily business, you handle tasks and subprojects related to export and transport.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification as well as professional further training in international trade.
Several years of professional experience in export administration or cross-border goods handling.
Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding.
Familiarity with preferential origins, free trade agreements and applicable customs regulations.
Practical experience in compliance with export control regulations.
Good user knowledge of common office programmes.
Structured and resilient personality with a reliable and swift working style.
German at a confident level and good English skills for written and oral communication.
