Job Description

To strengthen our position as a key player in the watchmaking industry, we are seeking a Senior Watchmaker M/F. Your mission is to develop and construct complicated watch movements, ensuring their design, functional validation, and industrialisation, while integrating innovative technical solutions that meet the demands of Haute Horlogerie. Your responsibilities: o Design, develop and industrialise complicated watch movements o Analyse the product specifications and ensure their technical implementation o Work closely with R&D teams (Design, Product, etc.) o Participate in the continuous improvement of existing movements o Provide technical support to cross-functional departments and the laboratory o Contribute to matters related to intellectual property, internal standards, and competitive analyses

Profile

o Microtechnology engineer, ideally holding a MAS in watch construction o Minimum 10 years of experience in a movement technical office o Passionate about Haute Horlogerie and complications o Rigorous, autonomous, creative and solution-oriented Your skills o Proficient in 3D design and numerical simulation software (kinematics and dynamics) o Strong knowledge of the watch market, materials, production methods and quality standards o Good command of MS Office tools o Excellent collaboration, analytical and knowledge-sharing skills
