How you can make an impact as a Coffee Advisor

• Lifestyle Ambassador: You enthusiastically represent our premium brand directly in-store as well as at exclusive mall events and trade fairs.

• Customer Enthusiasm & Activation: You proactively approach people, conduct high-quality tastings daily, and excite customers about our products.

• Event Presence: You flexibly support regional mall events held on rented spaces as well as annual highlight trade fairs (e.g. Olma/Offa).

• Responsibility at the Workplace: Together in a small team, you independently ensure a flawless, representative appearance of your point of sale.

• Strong Community: You actively participate in regional workshops (4 times a year) where sales conversations and sales strategies are developed together.

• Close Feedback Culture: You use the monthly "Coffee Talk" with sales management as well as regular POS trainings (every 2 months) for continuous

• performance optimisation.

What you bring for success

• Residence in the area of operation: Ideally, you live in the Pfäffikon SZ region or in the Glarus area for short and efficient travel routes within your cluster.

• Discipline & Resilience: You have the focus and endurance to proactively and charmingly approach customers even after several rejections.

• Communication Talent: You have a strong personality, love direct customer contact, and are flexible for shifts between 10:00/12:00 and 19:00 (Saturdays 9h).
