Internship Benefits Outpatient Care (all)
This is how you shape health
- Written contact with service providers and managing the resulting pending tasks
- Independent formal review and processing of incoming feedback according to defined criteria
- First point of contact for queries from service providers
- Collaboration in evaluating results and deriving recommendations for the further development of the project
- Documentation and preparation of results as a basis for managing and evaluating the pilot project
- Ensuring a consistent and comprehensible approach
- Organisation and coordination of exchange meetings as well as active sharing of relevant insights within the team
What sets you apart
- Ongoing bachelor’s degree with a legal, political or economic background
- Interest in health insurance issues, especially in the areas of benefits and outpatient care services
- Experience in writing professional correspondence and in written communication with various stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, openness to new topics and the ability to work into complex issues
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
