Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT consulting and software engineering. Responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for the successful implementation of complex ICT and digitalisation projects.
- Partial project management
- Architecture and conception (workshops, risk and infrastructure analyses, IT architecture, rough and detailed concept work, processing of specifications)
- Realisation of private cloud projects and successful transfer to operational business (implementation, integration, training, coordination, creation of operation manuals and documentation)
- Assumption of product and technology responsibility as well as participation in standardisation/QM
- Technical support and assistance for our customers in operation
Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge in the architecture, conception and engineering of virtualisation, storage and network projects is core to your expertise.
- Sound knowledge in the area of enterprise server, storage, SAN and data protection solutions
- Sound knowledge of VMware vSphere virtualisation solutions
- Good knowledge in automation and scripting is desirable
- Good knowledge in the network environment (switch, firewall, routing) is desirable
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good English skills
- High quality awareness as well as initiative and personal responsibility
