Project Manager Heating and Cooling Systems (m/f/d)

With expertise in heating, ventilation, sanitation, and cooling technology, the company realises demanding projects for private and commercial clients. Responsibilities:
Planning and design of heating and cooling systems including hydraulic calculations, system descriptions, and measurement concepts
Coordination and alignment with other departments and trades to ensure smooth project execution
Preparation of technical documentation describing system functions and project-specific requirements
Ensuring complete, structured, and comprehensible project documentation
Close collaboration with management on technical issues and project development
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in heating technology, ideally supplemented by further education at HF level
Solid knowledge in heat demand calculation as well as in the design of pipe networks and hydraulic systems
Experience in planning and design with Revit and AutoCAD
Practical and solution-oriented working style with strong technical understanding
Negotiation skills as well as convincing communication and coordination abilities
Interest in new technologies and willingness to continuously develop one’s expertise
Very good German language skills
