Role:
You independently take over the management of your own property portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties. You maintain close contact with tenants, craftsmen, and authorities, coordinate maintenance work, and ensure professional administration of all property-related processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of a mixed property portfolio (commercial/residential)
Correspondence with tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
Conducting inspections and handovers
Preparation of rental contracts, amendments, service charge statements, and reportings
Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation work
Support with budgeting and annual financial statements
General administration, correspondence, and telephone operation
Project collaboration on interim uses
Qualifications:
Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
Several years of professional experience in property management
Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
Enjoy working with tenants, craftsmen, and technical staff
Fluent German in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and ideally property management software (e.g. AbaImmo)
