Experienced Construction Cost Planner (m/f/d)

- Preparation of detailed construction cost plans using cost management software
- Budget monitoring and cost control during the construction project
- Collaboration with civil engineers, architects and project managers
- Identification and analysis of cost deviations
- Evaluation of offers and tenders
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Completed training in construction with further education or higher education in civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience in preparing construction cost plans
- Analytical thinking and precise working method
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for civil engineering and the construction industry
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
