You are technically skilled, like to get hands-on, and also enjoy direct interaction with customers?
You think solution-oriented, want to take responsibility, and not only operate IT infrastructures but actively develop them further?
Then an exciting role awaits you, where you combine engineering, projects, consulting, and direct customer support.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure: You operate, monitor, and continuously develop the IT infrastructures of various customers.
Projects: You participate in exciting projects – for example, server and cloud migrations, telephony solutions, or automation initiatives.
Automation: You identify optimisation potentials and automate existing platforms and processes.
Solutions Engineering: You develop technical solutions and advise customers on the selection and implementation of suitable approaches.
Customer Support: You regularly support end customers and ensure that technical challenges are resolved quickly and sustainably.
Collaboration: You actively contribute to the team and work independently on technical tasks and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT apprenticeship EFZ and ideally further training as a technician HF Informatics or a comparable qualification.
You have solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
You bring good knowledge of network technology and IT security.
Ideally, you have already worked with UCC solutions such as Wildix.
You understand the technical dependencies of complex IT systems and can assess the impact of changes.
You enjoy communicating with customers and can convey technical matters in a solution-oriented and understandable manner.
You work independently, reliably, and enjoy working in a team.
You are a doer and take responsibility instead of waiting for ready-made solutions.
You speak German at a high level. English + French are an advantage.
