Payroll Specialist Abacus (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
In this versatile role, you will take on independent payroll accounting for a diverse client portfolio, manage interfaces with authorities and insurance companies, and ensure a smooth payroll process from A to Z.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the independent processing of monthly salaries and master data maintenance for assigned client mandates.
You manage the entire accounting process including withholding tax, social insurance, and official notifications.
You carry out the complete payroll year-end tasks (e.g. salary certificates, insurance declarations, statistics).
You advise contacts at clients, insurance companies, and authorities on all payroll-related matters.
You prepare HR and accounting reports and contribute to the optimisation of payroll systems.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with targeted further education (e.g. HR specialist, payroll or social insurance specialist, payroll expert).
Solid practical experience in salary administration and Swiss social insurance and withholding tax law.
Structured, precise, and reliable working style with a strong service orientation.
Fluent German; knowledge of French or English is an advantage.
