Altrajob supports its client, a company active in energy services and customer management solutions. To strengthen its Customer Service, we are looking for a:
Bilingual Customer Advisor FR-GER M/F
>>> Missions:
- Respond to customer requests by phone and ensure professional follow-up
- Identify the needs of contacts and provide them with appropriate advice
- Handle requests independently and ensure file follow-up
- Perform various administrative and back-office tasks related to customer service
- Ensure clear communication and a quality customer experience
>>> Your profile:
You are bilingual (French - German) and have some professional experience in a customer service department (junior profiles are welcome).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good written expression, and particularly enjoy customer contact.
Comfortable with IT tools, especially MS Office, you work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner.
