Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Our client is an internationally active company in the chemical industry, specialising in the production and distribution of chemical specialties. The company combines modern production processes with a high quality orientation and reliable international customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Independent booking of business transactions in the general ledger
- Ensuring correct allocation and classification of transactions
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to national and international accounting standards
- Creation of balance sheet analyses and reports to support the management team
- Monitoring and reconciliation of accounts, including resolving discrepancies
- Close collaboration with other departments to ensure consistent data
- Participation in the further development and optimisation of accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Completed training in finance and accounting, ideally with a professional certificate
- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Solid knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
- Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Understanding of national and international accounting standards
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Accuracy, reliability and discretion in handling confidential data
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
