Your tasks :

• You offer a warm welcome and impeccable service and are friendly and available to ensure the advice of our customers.

• You present Zen products attractively and highlight their features.
• You ensure the proper management of stock and the promotion of new products.
• You master the cash register system (tablet) and ensure daily operations.
• Opening or closing the branch according to the daily shift is part of your duties.
• You ensure a clean and organised environment while adhering to hygiene standards.
• According to your deployment plan, you can ensure both the morning opening and the closing of the hospitality activity in the evening. (Shop open daily from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm).

What you bring :

• You have initial experience in retail or the hospitality sector (advantageous).
• According to internal branch planning, you are available on a rotating basis at weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and during school holidays.
• Your interpersonal skills and positive attitude actively contribute to creating a friendly and warm atmosphere.
• You show genuine joy in interacting with customers.
• You have good German skills; multilingualism is an advantage.
