Role:
As a Junior Cloud Administrator (m/f/d), you support the operation and further development of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Responsibilities:
You manage Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additionally, you set up user accounts in Azure AD and manage permissions.
You assist in monitoring cloud services and respond to technical incidents.
You regularly participate in the implementation of cloud projects.
Documentation, automation, and support for enquiries are also part of your tasks.
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent professional experience
Initial experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantage
Basic knowledge of PowerShell or willingness to learn it
German language skills at C1 level as well as good technical English
Willingness to learn, teamwork, and customer orientation
