Foreign Trade Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF87,000 - 97,500For an established Swiss high-tech company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces highly precise technical solutions for demanding international applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. Responsibilities:
You coordinate export transactions and prepare the necessary permits.
You review international orders and offers for relevant requirements.
You keep customs and export documentation complete and up to date.
When classifying goods, you collaborate with technical specialist departments.
You check customers, business partners, and destination countries according to defined criteria.
You support sales in international business transactions.
You conduct internal controls and compliance checks according to specifications.
You manage business partner documents, contracts, and commission overviews.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial, technical, or business administration apprenticeship.
Professional experience in export, international trade, or order processing.
Good knowledge of Swiss foreign trade and export regulations.
Experience with international business partners and various export markets.
Technical understanding of products and goods classifications.
Confident use of MS Office, ideally complemented by SAP SD.
Independent, careful, and reliable working style.
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
