Tasks

• Administrative support of the team in day-to-day business
• Telephone and written customer support
• Processing of enquiries regarding contracts, payments and outstanding receivables
• Maintenance and management of customer data as well as case documentation
• Monitoring of deadlines and payment agreements
• Recording of incoming payments and general administrative tasks
• Administrative support with reporting and data analysis
• No home office possible, as the activity must always be performed on site.

Requirements

• Commercial training or comparable business school qualification
• Professional experience in receivables management
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Native German speaker
• French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented and responsible personality with an accurate and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
