DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Together with your team, you design a modern platform landscape on which development teams can operate their applications efficiently, securely, and as independently as possible. In doing so, you combine cloud and container technologies with automation, security, and stable operational processes.
Responsibilities:
You develop, operate, and optimise modern platform and cloud infrastructures with a focus on stability, security, and automation.
You provide self-service solutions that enable development teams to efficiently manage and deploy environments and applications themselves.
You support various teams with security, compliance, monitoring, and operational issues.
You work closely with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams and jointly further develop existing platform standards.
You continuously improve DevOps processes and automate recurring tasks.
You evaluate new technologies and assess their benefits for the future platform landscape.
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in computer science at the FH, ETH, or university level or an equivalent qualification.
You bring practical experience with modern cloud or container platforms and in the DevOps environment.
You are familiar with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker from practice and can operate and further develop corresponding platforms.
You have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Ideally, you have already worked with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, as well as monitoring, logging, or secrets management solutions.
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and find pragmatic solutions even for complex technical issues.
You enjoy working across teams and can communicate technical topics clearly.
You have very good German skills and good technical English.
