Purchasing and Order Processing Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You process orders and monitor outstanding deliveries.
You continuously keep an eye on stock levels and material availability.
You coordinate suppliers and internal departments regarding procurement issues.
You provide the necessary materials for service and sales.
You organise deliveries and internal material transports.
You support the team in order processing and invoicing.
You take on administrative and operational tasks in the microfiltration area.
You support the scheduling for Western Switzerland as a deputy when required.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship.
Professional experience in purchasing, logistics, scheduling or order processing.
Confident use of ERP systems and digital tools.
Independent and structured way of working.
Strong organisational skills with reliable implementation.
Strong communication skills in contact with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments.
Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written.
Italian language skills are an advantage.
