For the important interface between human and machine, we are looking for a communicative electrical specialist who sees their strengths in systematic fault analysis and knowledge transfer rather than classic installation.
Technical Support & Training Officer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Remote diagnosis & troubleshooting: Systematic analysis of electrical faults and error messages via telephone and remote access
- Technical administration: Precise documentation of cases in the ticket system and creation of solutions for the knowledge database
- Conducting practical operator and maintenance training sessions in the internal training centre (small groups up to 4 people)
- Knowledge transfer: Occasional assignments directly at the customer’s site (approx. once a month) as well as internal training of service technicians

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Completed basic training in the electrical field – e.g. as an automation technician, automotive diagnostician/-mechatronics technician, multimedia electronics technician (radio/TV), electrician or industrial electrician
- You can confidently read circuit diagrams, quickly understand electrical relationships and create logical fault diagnoses (specific mechanical engineering experience is an advantage but not a must)
- Fluent German and very good English skills are essential for worldwide customer support
- Any additional Romance language (such as Italian, Spanish or French) is a strong plus for us
- You are strong in administration, communicative and enjoy presenting technical content in an understandable way
