Team Leader Maintenance Electrical (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the maintenance team, including task assignments and performance management.
- Planning, organising and supervising all maintenance activities to ensure plant availability and efficiency.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
- Prioritising and overseeing repair and maintenance projects.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintaining spare parts inventories and ordering processes.
- Collaborating with other departments to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the electrical field or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in maintenance and team leadership.
- Sound knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Team orientation and willingness to take responsibility.
