Responsibilities:
- Leading and implementing client/server migration projects
- Supporting customer infrastructures from conception through to implementation and introduction
- Responsibility for the smooth operation of customer environments
- Installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of IT hardware: clients, server systems, storage, printers, firewalls, routers, and switches as well as IT software: operating systems, application solutions
- Writing concepts and documentation
- Competent customer consulting
Qualifications:
- Your competent and confident appearance is based on knowledge and experience in IT, which you can use in a solution-oriented manner for the benefit of the customer
- Service quality and customer satisfaction are as important to you as a technically optimal system
- You have proven experience in the conception and administration of Microsoft client/server and services as well as MS Exchange
- Experience in Office365 hybrid environments as well as firewalling and networking is an advantage
- You work proactively and try to contain possible bottlenecks in advance through appropriate measures
- You can apply your strong analytical and conceptual skills along with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with difficult or sensitive situations and stakeholders, combined with teamwork, innovation, flexibility, and initiative
