Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the strategic development of individual window solutions in an established and market-leading environment. You bring your many years of experience to translate complex customer requirements into high-quality, customised products. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you ensure the highest quality along the entire process chain - from consulting to finishing. You act as a subject matter expert at a high level and actively shape the future of a specialised product area. Your expertise contributes decisively to the positioning of innovative solutions and sustainable customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the stable operation and further development of company-wide IT systems
- In this role, you manage and optimise the IT system landscape including interfaces to other applications
- You coordinate external IT service providers and ensure smooth collaboration
- As an IT specialist in system development, you independently lead demanding IT and organisational projects
- You support, train, and assist IT users within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support
- You efficiently manage IT hardware and keep the tools used always up to date
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- You bring solid and several years of experience in the IT field, preferably in an SME or production environment
- You are familiar with ERP systems and know how to use them effectively
- Thanks to your independent and solution-oriented working style, you master technical challenges efficiently
- You have profound knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networks, and server administration
- Your German skills are at a native level; French and technical English are a plus
