IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Setup and commissioning of IT workstations directly at the customer’s site
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software as well as troubleshooting technical issues
Execution of customer orders and IT deployments at various locations
Support users with technical questions and problems in the IT and network environment
Assuming the role of direct contact person on site and ensuring reliable service quality
Qualifications:
Initial practical experience in IT support and network technology
Completed training in computer science, telematics or a comparable technical field
Independent, flexible and responsible working style even in demanding situations
Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
Fluent German language skills and pronounced teamwork skills
