IT Business Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
Connecting IT, data and business: This position is aimed at a versatile ICT personality who not only supports users but actively shapes business processes. Particularly exciting is the long-term perspective with growing specialist and project responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of a modern Microsoft 365 environment
Analysis and optimisation of digital workflows and business processes
Development of meaningful Power BI dashboards for management and specialist departments
Preparation and interpretation of business management key figures for well-founded decisions
Support in the further development of ERP and CRM solutions
Translation of technical requirements into practical IT solutions
Participation in digitalisation initiatives and process automation
Support of users with technical questions and application issues
Coordination of technical requirements with external IT service providers
Accompaniment of projects from requirements analysis to implementation
Creation and maintenance of structured IT documentation as well as digital user guides
Identification of optimisation potentials within the existing system landscape
Gradual expansion of own responsibility towards IT specialist and project management
Prospective assumption of a central role in the further development of the entire IT organisation
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
Practical experience in IT support, application support or in the management of business systems
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
Experience with Power BI or strong interest in data-driven solutions
Understanding of ERP, CRM and business processes
Enjoyment in analysing data, key figures and correlations
Interest in digitalisation, automation and modern IT solutions
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills in exchange with users, specialist departments and external partners
Motivation to grow professionally and to take on increasing responsibility
