Real Estate Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

You manage and coordinate real estate accounting (rent and condominium ownership)
You act as the interface between property management and accounting
You prepare annual and interim financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
You take over creditor management including payment transactions
You handle debt collection and dunning procedures
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
You work swiftly and efficiently while maintaining high quality, with a keen eye for detail
You have a strong IT affinity as well as an exact and efficient working style; knowledge of Abacus is ideally present
You enjoy working with people and have a competent and confident manner
You communicate well and have flawless German language skills
