Finance Manager (m/f/d)

- You manage accounts payable and financial accounting including simple cost accounting
- You monitor accounts receivable and dunning processes
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- You prepare and accompany audits
- You take on budgeting and ongoing liquidity planning
- You prepare various reports for management (benchmark, forecast)
- You prepare VAT returns
- You manage payroll accounting including settlements with social insurances and withholding taxes
- You oversee both material and social insurances
Qualifications:
- You hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in accounting including simple cost accounting as well as in payroll/personnel administration
- You have a strong IT affinity with very good IT skills, especially Excel is essential. Experience with Mac, Crésus (accounting software) and siMed (practice software) is an advantage
- You can communicate effortlessly in German
- You are an independent, entrepreneurial-thinking, implementation-strong, resilient and communicative personality
