It is for the Canalservices department, composed of around thirty employees, that we are looking for motivated people combining technical work and driving a vehicle at our clients’ sites.

100% Hydrocleaner Vehicle Drivers (M/F)

As a hydrocleaner vehicle driver, you are responsible for driving and operating the truck for cleaning and unblocking pipes, as well as for pumping and cleaning various structures.

You ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle and its equipment, while respecting safety rules and environmental regulations.

Your tasks are as follows:

• Cleaning, unblocking and pumping: Use the specialised equipment of the hydrocleaner truck, including high-pressure pumps to clean and unblock pipes, as well as suction hoses for pumping and cleaning various pits, tanks and other structures. Ensure waste disposal through appropriate channels.
• Maintenance of the hydrocleaner truck: Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of the truck and its equipment. Check fluid levels, perform lubrication and carry out preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Report any technical or mechanical issues encountered.
• Compliance with standards and regulations: Adhere to road safety rules, environmental regulations and safety procedures related to interventions. Ensure proper management and disposal of collected waste.
• Communication and reporting: Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors and colleagues to coordinate interventions. Write accurate reports detailing the work performed, waste collected and any anomalies observed.
• On-call service: Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule and ensure urgent interventions outside normal hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Your profile:

• Category C driving licence (CE an advantage)
• Experience in driving trucks or similar equipment
• Good communication skills and professional behaviour.
• Ability to use high-pressure cleaning, pumping and suction equipment.
• Availability to participate in the on-call service
• Willingness to commit and pride in a job well done!
