Role:
As a System Engineer (Junior), you will enter a world full of exciting IT challenges and learn from experienced colleagues. You will take responsibility for support customer mandates and ensure that customers are supported in the best possible way. The latest technologies and AI-supported solutions are used. This position offers you plenty of room to deepen your knowledge practically and to develop professionally.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage support customer mandates and ensure a high level of service quality
You assist in planning and implementing modern IT infrastructures in Windows and Mac environments
You take on fault diagnosis and troubleshooting for technical issues
You are available to customers on-site and remotely as a competent contact person
In addition, you work closely with your team to solve challenges together
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training in computer science or a related field
You have initial knowledge of Microsoft and Mac environments
You are familiar with virtualisation technologies such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V
You have a good understanding of network technology
You work in a structured, careful manner with a high level of service commitment
In addition, you speak German at a native or very good level, both spoken and written
